Practical Details:

For the time being, all contact details and current e-mail addresses for support and sales will remain as they are. All General Systems customers will be informed well in advance of any changes to contact telephone and em ail addresses so that you can update your records.

All maintenance contracts will continue unchanged.

General Systems will be introducing Sapphire to customers at an event lined up in Warrington (21st March). Additionally each customer will be contacted by General Systems account managers to arrange individual face to face meetings with the Sapphire team.
