MaxiSun 3.0 has the capability of being shipped in a task-specific role, as well as a generic integration tool. MaxiSun will soon offer the following niche/vertical market, or task-specific models:

MaxiDocs

This is a document distribution system, which makes use of Microsoft Word to allow users to specify data to be extracted from SunSystems and output into user defined Word Documents using the MailMerge functionality.
These documents can then be automatically e-mailed to customers as well.
Common usage would be:

E-mail Customer Invoices

Communication Manager

This is a central service that allows multi-user clients distributed around a network to access the central MaxiSun engine and posting modules in order to perform a task. This prevents a very heavy client installation on each machine, and allows for a much more efficient and easy to maintain implementation.

Work Flow

With the advent inclusion of Data Adapters and the Communication Manager, it is now possible for Sapphire to add customised Work Flow to any solution. We can happily allow for hierarchical authorisations, user intervention or a staggered posting methodology to ensure a perfect fit for your business.
