Infor10 ION Suite

The ION Suite is Infor10's new generation middleware, built on open standards and designed for ease of use. The suite allows simple and quick connectivity to all of your applications. It enables you to get common reporting and analysis, workflow, and business monitoring with one, consistent architecture. Event-driven architecture also allows the suite to push data, work activities and exception notifications to the user.

The Infor10 ION Suite includes four easy-to-install and easily configurable services:

ION Connect

Brings all your applications together, allowing you to execute business processes seamlessly and at an instant; bring new partners and customers on board; and reuse business functionality to realise quick return on investment. The system is easy to set up, integrates easily into thirty party applications and ensures easy operations as seperate integrations tacks aren't required to maintain it.

ION Business Vault

The vault is where ION stores enterprise data, making it a robust platform for operating, business intelligence and analytics. The vault synchronises data as soon as a transaction occurs in the originating system, so the data you recieve the most accurate and up-to-date to enable you to best judge your business decisions. The ability to search your data is easy too as all your data resides in one place. The master data refernce features allows for excellent reporting and integration scenarios.

ION Event Management

This fesature allows you to monitor the status of your tasks in relation to expected completion and automatically recieve alerts about any exceptions or non-compliance issues. These exceptions are based on rules the you define. Non-events are also detected and brought to your attention. You can also use the Event Management to to monitor service level agreements, so that you meet your performance levels and maintain excellent customer service.

ION Workflow

All work activities, events and business documents can be directed to any user so you can execute business processes quickly and accurately. The automation of document routing and approvals across departments and worldwide offices, allow for a smooth workflow.
