Description:    

Delegates will gain a detailed understanding of the fundamental use of Q&A Executive, in both Design and Query modes. The concepts, the creation of queries, and the extraction of data will all be explored through the use of hands-on exercises. Sessions will also include the interrogation of the extracted data through the use of the numerous and varied query functions.

• Users who wish to create reports in Q&A Executive

• Users who wish to understand the capabilities of the program

• SunSystems Administrators

• Internal Support staff
   

Pre-requisites:           

• A good understanding of the SunSystems Ledger Accounting module

Objectives:

By the end of this course, delegates will be able to:

• Create a new workbook

• Design and extract queries

• Troubleshoot query designs

• Extract and analyse data

• Understand the query functions; Drilldown, Expand, Transactions, Cube Analysis, Breakout

• Interrogate extracted reports using the query functions

• Understand, create and retain Drill Paths
