Description:    

Delegates will gain an understanding of the fundamental use Vision XL. The general use of the program, extracting static and financial data to an Excel worksheet and the creation of import files from data held on a worksheet will be explored.

Suitable for:   

• Users who wish to create reports using Vision XL

• Users who wish to understand the capabilities of the program

• SunSystems Administrators

• Internal Support staff
   

Pre-requisites:           

• A good understanding of the SunSystems Ledger Accounting module

Objectives:

By the end of this course, delegates will be able to:

• Understand the concepts behind Vision XL

• Interpret and combine the use of the Vision XL functions

• Create financial reports and inquiries

• Extract static (reference) data to an Excel worksheet

• Extract financial balance data to an Excel worksheet

• Extract financial transactions to an Excel worksheet

• Understand the concepts of the Report Designer function
