Description: The successful applicant's primary responsibility is the provision of telephone application support services to Sapphire's growing SunSystems client base as a member of the in house support team.
Experience and Qualities: Prior experience in a SunSystems support role is the desired pre-requisite, but candidates with demonstrable significant experience in a similar formal support role for another financial or ERP business application may be considered. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate must also possess exceptional communication skills and be a team player.
