Shortlisted applicants will be contacted and requested to attend for interview.Should your application be unsuccessful, we may review your details again for any new positions that we feel would suit your skills and experience. To this end, Sapphire may retain your information on file for a maximum period of 12 months. Your information will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be made available to anyone outside of Sapphire Systems plc.

Therefore, to ensure amicable relations, the procedure we will follow with successful applicants who are currently employed by one of our customers or partners is:
• The applicant must inform their manager of any Sapphire job offer, prior to resignation.
• The applicant must assure their manager that they applied to Sapphire and that Sapphire in no way solicited their application.
• The applicant must agree to an amicably negotiated release/start date.
• Sapphire will discuss and agree arrangements with the customer/partner for an appropriate withdrawal and offer assistance if necessary to ensure a smooth transition.
