Training Needs Analysis Service

Do your users have knowledge gaps? Need training but not sure how to go about it? Unsure of what training you require? These questions could be answered by our Training Needs Analysis (TNA) service. This service, delivered by a member of our experienced consultancy team, is designed to:

On-site courses

Sapphire can deliver training courses at your offices. If you have a training room, or a room which can be set up for training, we can deliver courses based on our standard training course agendas but using your own SunSystems data (see Tailored Training).

Private courses on our premises

If you prefer your users to be trained off-site, but as a group, away from the many potential distractions of your own offices you could choose to visit Sapphire's offices, where you can make use of our training facilities. These sessions are based on our standard course agendas, on standard demo data.

3rd Party Site Training

If you don't have your own suitable training facilities and are not conveniently located to attend one of Sapphire's offices we can deliver training at any 3rd party location (usually a recognised training house).

On-site workshops and advice sessions

A big part of Sapphire's training service is the delivery of structured sessions involving examples, exercises and discussion based on a standard course agenda. However we often find that a less formal, more interactive session can deliver better results. An on site workshop allows us to work with you on specific topics/knowledge gaps without the constraints of a fixed agenda (although an agenda can be agreed if required). You and the consultant can discuss, try out and configure SunSystems and/or Q&A/Vision as part of the workshop so that at the end of the day not only have you filled in the gaps in your knowledge but you will also have made progress toward implementing new solutions. This approach works particularly well for advanced Vision training the Fixed Asset Register and Corporate Allocations.

Tailored Training

Customised courses can be arranged for your organisation at one of our dedicated Training Centres. For customised courses, we will tutor your team on the functional areas that you want covered - and we can even use your own company data.
