Customer Care -  Sapphire backs up every implementation with a complimentary program that encompasses User Days, Workshops, Educational Seminars, Newsletters and Webinars. All of these are intended to make sure our customers are knowledgeable about new product developments, usability and best practice; our program operates on a continuous basis. In 2005, Sapphire ‘s User Day Program included 250 users; 150 people participated in the webinar program.
