Description:  The successful applicant's primary responsibility is the provision of telephone application support services to Sapphire's growing SAP Business One client base. There is also an opportunity to be involved in the provision of consultancy and training services for the right applicant.

 

Experience and Qualities:  Whilst prior experience in an SAP Business One support role would generally be a pre-requisite, experience in a similar support role may prove sufficient for the exceptional candidate.  Opportunities also exist for candidates who do not possess SAP Business One knowledge - but have demonstrable in-depth knowledge of other financial or ERP business applications.

 

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate ideally should be lingual in English and Spanish, and possess exceptional communication skills and be a team player.
