SAP Business One Inventory
Inventory contains the tools and processes needed for an organization to manage their stock merchandise effectively. The application contains the following items:
Item management is used for all item data including name and code, barcode, trademark, measures, prices and even an image.
Item query provided a quick view of an item’s particulars.
Price lists lays out as many price lists as are required. Lists can then be linked to the appropriate customers or suppliers.
Special prices records prices given to select customers or received from select suppliers. "Quantity sensitive" prices, charged based upon amounts purchased, may also be listed.
General receipt/release from stock permits a stock entry or release which was not connected directly to an AP/AR document to be documented.
Transfer between warehouses keeps a record of all transfers from one warehouse to another.
Stock transactions maintains opening balances on stock items and posts stocktaking data.
