SAP Business One Production & MRP

Contains a complete range of tools and reports used to simplify and improve production.   They include the following items.   

Product tree (bill-of-material) - delineates a multi-level bill-of-materials including the primary product and all the raw materials utilized in its fabrication along with the correct quantities and the warehouses in which the materials are located.

Work order records production orders and then converts them into work orders; the process continues through the end stage — finished goods.  Quantity checks needed to determine whether current stock levels are adequate can be run at once.   

Open work order lists all work currently in progress and creates links to all work orders. 

Production recommendations determines whether all products or materials required to complete production are available; this can be ascertained at any time while work is in progress.    

Bill of Materials report lists all Bills of Materials at any required level.

MRP uses wizards for Material Requirements Planning (MRP) .  The process permits the utilization of a variety of criteria to  lay out a planning process in five easy steps.   These forecasts can be used to forecast demand.
