Reporting makes it possible for organizations to generate reports and begin remedial action instantly. It contains accounting, inventory and financial reports as well as reports that can be used for decision making. All reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel after they have been created. The exception reporting feature, used for internal and external reconciliation is helpful when books are being closed and reports are being created.
SAP Business One Reporting Features
SAP Business One is the only solution with a “Drag&Relate” feature that can quickly shows business procedures from start to finish. It makes it easy to understand the critical relationships and transactions that are part of any organization. Because the Query Generator is user friendly and intuitive, it is easy to generate database inquiries and create reports. Detailed or summary reports can be created on the basis of the data contained in any field. Queries can be saved in the Query Library so it can be made available for future use. A report editor is available so that existing queries can be perfected and altered. A Query Wizard, similar to the Query Generator, is available, to take the user through the process step-by–step; the feature is particularly useful for those who are unfamiliar with SQL syntax.

SAP Business One furnishes each functional area with numerous predefined reports. Reports can be tailored to meet the specifications appropriate for any given functional area of a organization; output will reflect the customization. They can be printed, e-mailed or exported to Microsoft Excel.
